Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Gurmat Vidhyala was inaugurated on 8th July 2023 by Singh Sahib Jathedar Sant Baba Avtar Singh (Mukhi, Sampardaye Dal Baba Bidhi Chand Sahib Jee).

Previously the organisation was known by its charity name: “Bristol Gurmat Class” which was founded in 2017 with support from Siri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara, Bristol. In 2019, we became a registered charity (Charity number: 1182218)

Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Gurmat Vidhyala now runs independently and continues to hold classes for local children and events for the wider community and Sangat.  It has quickly become the region’s leading Sikh supplementary education program.
